Beloved wife of the late John Chappell. Much loved mum of Gail, Marie and Ali. A treasured nan and great nan, she will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
The Funeral Service will be held at Mendip Crematorium on Thursday, December 4th at 12.30 pm.
